The heat bag is intended only for external use. Open the packaging (there is an arrow on the bag indicating where to open it) and be careful not to damage the contents, as the bag will become unusable if torn. Take the bag in your hands and knead it well—rub and gently tap it between your palms to activate it and start releasing heat.
Once the bag stops producing heat, dispose of it (you may also open it and pour the contents onto soil or plants). Use only one bag at a time.
